We are growing to be one of the foremost non-ferrous processing companies in Japan, serving customers in the automotive, welder, and consumer electronics industries. We mainly develop and manufacture electrodes for the resistance-welding manufactures and copper alloy based non-ferrous metal products. Since the introduction of automated welding robots in the industry, electrode-processing methods require diversification and higher precision. Our Goal
Resistance-welding technology has advanced recently due to the introduction of automatic welding robots in the industry. However, full-scale development of welding robots has yet to be achieved. The advance in resistance-welding technology is indispensable because resistance-welding electrodes control functions of welding robots. Novel welding techniques could be obtained with intensive research and development of resistance-welding electrodes. Our challenge for higher technology and precision will be continued.
